  1. Hi:

While I didn’t expect TTS sketch maker to an exceptional product right out of the box, I did expect it to work in run time, not only in development mode. After I created a white board the software did not create an output file for me to use. Basically it did not work. I asked support for help and after one week asked again. Finally I said if you cannot let me know how to get an output file can I get a refund. I informed them I was using windows 8.

Support never tried to get the product to create an output file they just refunded my money. That was really weird, not even an attempt to get the product to work. It was disappointing since the initial product has promise. I have to conclude the author knew of issues but didn’t want to resolve.

The product is raw, limited SVG images unless you purchase additional images or make your own (not a problem). All the included voices did not work, only some but again not an issue to me because I felt after a couple of patches all the kinks would be worked out.

You cannot specify where to locate your files; the product put everything on my C drive. If you switch voices the previous voice file created are still kept in your folder. Support told me they are small so don’t worry about it.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe the author has any intentions of maturing this product, which is my biggest concern. My response ticket said my request were being reviewed and to click on the below links for FAQ’s. The problem was the below links were not even the product I was using but other products offered by the developer. As mentioned after a week I just said if you can’t fix it can I get a refund.

I would never purchase another product from the author nor purchase anything that is offered by JVZoo. It appears that this product was created to grab money with no commitment to the user community. Most people won’t complain or not bother because it was under $30 while a few will ask for a refund. The only positive takeaway is my refund was done quickly.

    Regards,
    Robert

    PS I gave support a ‘2’ because I received a quick refund
